Low Price Guarantee: We constantly shop the web to make sure for the level of
service we offer, that our prices are the lowest. If you find something we have
missed, we'd like to know about it, and beat that price by 10%. If some one gives
you the same Warranty, Fit, Delivery, and OEM Manufacturer, we'll be happy to beat
that price. Just email us with the name of the company, the part number, the OEM
manufacturer, delivery method, and the lower retail price (including delivery).
If you've purchased the auto parts from us within 30 days, we'll refund the
difference plus 10%. If you haven't yet purchased the auto parts, we will contact
you within one business day and will lower our price by the difference plus 10%.

Warranty Information: Our supplier guarantees the workmanship of the products sold
for 1 year in most cases. If you have received a defective product, please review
the manufacturer information included with your new product. If you wish to return
it, please visit our returns form for more information. No product is warranted
against damage from other parts or improper installation.
Shipping Information: Supplier utilizes UPS primarily with an average delivery time of 3-5 business days. Free shipping to all US destinations!
Cancellation & Return Policy: We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction
possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most
non-defective items. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of
up to 30% of the order. Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return
products that:
- Are in their original packaging (not torn or greasy)
- Have original manufacturer information
- Are not used, installed, or disassembled
- Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
- Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions
The following orders are not returnable:
- Custom or special orders
- Automotive repair manuals
- Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, air mass meters, etc) unless defective. All returns will be tested.
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and
verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued.
All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited
only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments
will not be accepted. Online orders may be cancelled prior to shipping without any charges.

Product Quality: Our remanufacturing process includes all EOM updates. All soft parts are replaced. Soft parts include clutches, bands, lip seals, sealing rings and gaskets. We also inspect all hard parts. The hard parts must meet or exceed new OEM standards or they are replaced with new or remanufactured parts. To ensure the highest quality transmission possible, each automatic transmission is tested on a dynamometer before shipment. Our transmissions are remanufactured not just rebuilt!

Claims related to the overheating and/or improper lubrication of the engine or its components are not covered by this warranty. Engine warranties are limited to manufacturing defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and oil pumps. All other parts that may be provided are Accessories and Extra Parts. No warranty is provided for any such parts that are attached, including parts such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, and manifolds. All warranties are null and void if:
The vehicle is converted from a private passenger use to commercial or fleet use, or is used for racing or other competition or off-road recreational purposes.
Failure is caused by abuse, misuse, or modifications.
Failure is caused by using the part for any use other than what was intended or recommended by the manufacturer.
The part fails or becomes defective due to the vehicle being involved in a collision.
The part is installed or operated outside the United States.
The installed heat tab center is melted or removed.
The part is sold "As Is" as indicated on the front of invoice or in a website's terms.
30-Day Low Price Guarantee:
If you find a lower price on the Internet, we will match that price. If another salvage yard or auto recycler gives you the same Warranty, Application, Condition, FREE Delivery, and OEM originality, we'll be happy to match that price within 30 day of your purchase date.
